ArtisTri Customs Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting ArtisTri Customs! We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or store credit.

Refund Process:

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges due to the unique, handmade nature of each item. However, if your item is damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom orders or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For any other issues, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we begin processing and preparing your items for shipment, and cancellations are no longer possible.
